  • Learn and work in a multicultural environment, using specific financial applications and data-bases;
  • Tracking and monthly reporting of Headcount for the Automotive cross divisional functions worldwide including verification of monthly Forecast;
  • Verification of cost center Forecasts and Actuals and verification of quarterly Forecast uploads and Actual corrections;
  • Monthly Headcount Reporting for Business area AMS;
  • Overall contact for all Headcount related questions within Business area AMS;
  • Handle tickets / Questions / End user support for ePR tool employee Personnel Request tool;
  • Backup function for creation of monthly ePR Reports;
  • Project Team member and divisional key user for the new Business Warehouse application A.I.HC.R - Automotive integrated Headcount Reporting;
  • Responsible for Forecast and Budget planning of corporate function cost centers in Frankfurt (e.g. Legal and Tax);
  • Backup function for tracking and initiation of monthly charges of all Transfer’ cost centers for location Frankfurt;
  • Support in handling / communication and distribution of the Intercompany billing information for all Automotive Shared Services;
  • Process owner for collection of Service Descriptions from all Shared Service sender functions in alignment with Tax department;
  • Handling of all authorization requests for the Shared Services BW application;
  • Support in administrative activities for the BW application tool e.g. upload correction files for Forecast and Actual;
  • Maintenance and improvement of all department owned Share Points / Office Teams.
  • Academic degree in the field of Economics or Business Administration or comparable qualification;
  • At least two years of work experience within Finance or Controlling Areas;
  • Good Knowledge in MS-Office, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge in SAP-BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP-CO / FI desirable;
  • Distinct problem-solving competencies and a structured working method;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
