As an Incentive Operations Support Analyst on the Client's Cloud Global Partner Programs team, you'll help manage the ongoing operation of a portfolio of key incentive programs.
You will be responsible for assisting with reviewing payment requests, providing timely support to both external and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting data issues, and performing ad-hoc analysis of incentives as needed.
You will be involved in multiple projects simultaneously and will need to understand our programs inside and out to mitigate risks, ensure timely and accurate incentive operations, and on top of your reporting work, be ready to provide analysis using clear and effective communication skills.
Overall, your role will be key towards the success of our incentive programs.
Overall Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate reports and complex spreadsheets of partner incentive performance focused on payments earned.
Be able to communicate effectively between various teams and external stakeholders.
Be able to recognize when any discrepancy in data or other reporting tools may cause risks such as inaccurate sales tracking and payment calculations, and escalate to the appropriate teams as needed to drive a resolution
Proactively seek resolutions to issues via communication to the appropriate stakeholders.
Review statements of work and POE emails for completion confirmation.
Run pre-designed SQL scripts to measure customer bookings consumption.
Required Skills :
2-3 years experience working with spreadsheets including formulas, pivot tables, data importing, and basic SQL scripts.
Highly detail oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of data.
Self-starter with strong motivation to achieve accurate project completion in a highly dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
Ability to flag and escalate urgent scenarios regarding impact to Google contractual obligations appropriately.
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively using different mediums and across multiple levels ranging from managers to other staff, to external parties.
Proficiency with Salesforce and G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Nice to have Skills (not required) :
Experience with other channel partner incentive programs in the technology industry.
Advanced experience with SQL and data anlysis
