    Tech support & Server Administrator with English

    This is a full-time position for work in home office-only . We offer a B2B contract with an hourly rate but we are only interested in a stable long-term cooperation.

    As a Technical Support Wizard you will be :

  • the first contact person for our Project Managers (who are very nice and relaxed people) when they have technical questions,
  • performing regular maintenance tasks at Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server installations,
  • monitoring servers’ stability, logs and performance,
  • performing regular software updates and installations of new instances our CrowdWorx application,
  • prioritizing, reproducing and routing support requests reported by customers in English language,
  • managing the inventory of assets, licenses and subscriptions,
  • participating in projects related with perfecting and automation of our IT infrastructure.
  • In this job you will cooperate with the Product Owners and the Development Team on the one side and with the Customer Success Team on the other side.

    This will give you a unique position in our company and the chance to become a key member in our company.


  • Good command (B1 or higher) of English is mandatory.
  • Experience in performing administrative tasks and troubleshooting of Windows Server, IIS, .NET applications and SQL Server and willingness to develop skills in administration of these products.
  • Ability to write short wiki articles contributing to our technical Knowledge Base.
  • Quickly responding to request during working hours, even when working in the home-office
  • Being very detail-oriented, accurate, and diligent will be important assets for this position.
  • Having own initiative, self-discipline, and being a quick learner will create the chance for you to work on more and more demanding projects.
  • Ability to work efficiently in Word, Excel and Outlook or quick learner for these tools.

  • Basic knowledge of Git and Atlassian tools : Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira, Service Desk.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, deployment pipelines or similar tools is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of German language
