Senior Technical Business Analyst - Must be located in Europe - 100% Remote

Lano Technologies prides itself on being a boutique consulting firm, who specialise in transformation at scale to New Ways of working in the Technology space.

Your projects will be across multiple industries, with a requirement for understanding applications and how they integrate and are developed.

Location

100% Remote in Europe. (Work in Europe timezone)

While our headquarters are located in Melbourne, Australia, we're quickly expanding across Europe and will be a distributed engineering team.

About the role :

You will be responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

The overall objective of this role is to identify and implement best practices and to play a role in the design, test, and implementation of creative solutions for our clients.

The Business Analyst will be passionate to work across a diverse set well-respected clients and will have a proven track record of solving complex business problems.

You will display creative methods to elicit, process model and document Business and System requirements.

You will display an Agile mindset and know what it takes to deliver with Agility. You will have experience in participating in Incremental Planning, Discovery / Inception and you will be familiar with SCRUM practices.

You will have a passion for Ideation, Inception, Planning and Delivery with experience bringing groups of diverse stakeholders together to facilitate feature decomposition, solutioning, planning and execution to agree on Minimal Viable Product.

Your duties and background :

You will engage and manage Business Stakeholders and draft requirements

Creates user interface designs and mock-ups that will mimic the actual user interaction with a digital site.

You will write descriptive Epics / User Stories in JIRA

You will discuss and socialize User Stories to the Developers & QA

You will work closely with the Project Manager and assist him.

Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including product owners and technical architects, developers, testers, and the business

You will take ownership of the requirements and clarify issues and / or queries

Desirable Criteria :

Experience and qualities within-

5-10 years’ experience as solid in-depth BA

Extensive expertise and experience with high level stakeholders

Out of the box thinkers who can also back up their ideas with hard research.

Outstanding communication skills

Personable, a good team and cultural fit

Working with the team to solve UX problems through a test and learn approach

Self-driven and can work independently

Agile experience (Scrum master), Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle

Experience in writing processes, business cases, process mining, mapping, data modelling, user stories

Must have experience in facilitating Discovery / Inception workshops
