Tasks

  • Daily check of the central mailbox and offering backup for holiday representation
  • Transfer of order requirements to SAP (service, software, hardware)
  • advising Fl employees regarding the procurement process and quality control of the documents provided
  • Examination of the budget
  • Checking the requirement documents to be correct and up to date (house notification, award proposal, service description)
  • Creating invoice schedules for contract calls
  • Implementation of necessary escalations of the Fl-BANF
  • Updating the IT procurement process on intranet according the current applicable specifications
  • Order number creation and checking clearing cost center
  • Testing IT terminal equipment and checking the work list for the IT equipment
  • Prepare rental certificates for system check and perform system check
  • Review and clarification of discrepancies with the process participants (also externally)
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any equivalent education
  • Min. 1 year of work experience with order management OR procurement procedures
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • SAP user experience is a plus
  • Analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Fluency in German and English
