Key Responsibilities :

The main responsibilities of the Sr Customer Service Agent Ocean are mainly, but not limited to :

  • Owns and manages the customer experience of Essential Services Customers.
  • Has responsibility for the end to end customer experience in compliance with all company procedures.
  • Typically handles a large number of customers or larger, more complex customers.
  • Manages accounts with large business Impact : The level of impact is defined by volume and / or revenue contribution to the cluster scorecard.
  • Typically involves customers with specific needs outside the normal such as legal requirements, documentation requirements, customs restrictions or filling requirements, lack of e-channel use,
  • Specific booking requirements, and / or special cargo / dangerous cargo etc.
  • The person furthermore exerts a behavior where he / she can work independently with limited guidance and is capable of supervising others where relevant.
  • Who we are looking for :

  • Employee must be able to act very flexible and must have a very open mindset for changes and / or new challenges.
  • Ability to communicate with customers to understand their needs.
  • Customer oriented behavior at phone-calls and in written correspondence
  • Open and honest communication with colleagues and management
  • Represent the group in internal and external meetings
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good English and Romanian language knowledge is a must, both verbal and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and ask for assistance in time to decide.
  • Handle day-to-day business under stress situation
  • Customer focus : Is dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind
