A job within the CGS Technical Support team involves attention to detail, a proactive attitude and a desire to be part of a group of enthusiastic young people who are having fun while working.

You will be right at the heart of matters as you need to deal directly with employees and customers who have technical problems such as : trouble with their email accounts, forgotten passwords or other login details, viruses, malware attacks and any other suspicious activity.

We think alike if you :

  • Are fluent in German;
  • Consider listening, an important part of the job, because most IT support professionals work over the phone, you must be able to listen to resolve a customer’s problem actively;
  • Have Problem-solving skills, they are vital for IT specialists to determine the cause of a technological malfunction
  • Value patience, because the issues that accompany technical troubleshooting require from your part to take your time and assess the case when working with a customer.
  • What are your daily tasks :

  • Installation and configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  • Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems;
  • Logging the queries of customers and employees;
  • Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends;
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
  • Testing and evaluating new technology;
  • Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
