Sales Support Coordinator is about providing sales support to Iron Mountain’s global customer-facing teams when managing multi-country or in-country customers and prospects.
This role will involve executing on projects at various stages of the customer life cycle such as tenders, re-tenders, intake, price and contract negotiation and reporting.
Responsible for executing on the day-to-day requests received through the various contact methods set up for Sales Support.
Here's what you'll be doing :
Provide international selling support by executing on what is needed to support an opportunity.
Provide pre-sales support for our in-country sales teams by creating pricing models and filling in offers or contract templates.
Responsible for crafting emails or chatter to the appropriate parties (in-country contacts, sales reps, price desk, legal etc.).
Execute on information gathering tasks (pricing, service levels, capability and contracts) related to documentation needed for multi country RFPs.
Takes a logical approach to problem-solving and asks for clarity on complex issues before moving ahead on tasks to ensure the best result.
Effectively manages expectations with sales people and the local market / country employees.
Provides and seeks information in a timely, clear and professional manner.
Takes extra steps necessary to ensure accuracy and quality of their own work.
Responsible for meeting deadlines committed to and escalating to the manager as needed.

Excellent written and verbal skills in English. French to a professional proficiency beneficial but not essential.
Ability to analyse data in Excel
Experience with tools CRM and analytics tools i.e. Salesforce.com and Business Intelligence.
Strong process management skills.
Good attention to detail and strong organisation skills.

Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with all levels in the organization.
Ability to work with & influence virtual teams.
