For our Iasi Location we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Customer Quality Management (CQM) department, as part of our Warranty Cost Management team.
Warranty Cost Management team handles the customer credit / debit notes, data analysis within customer portal and Continental Quality tracking System resulting dispute handling and respective processing within SAP
As a Project Administration Support in our department you will be part of an International Team. You will have to :
Handle of customer credit / debit notes due to customer quality complaints and tracking of credit / debit notes to the customer;
Data analysis within customer portals and internal data (CQTS), resulting dispute handling and respective processing within SAP;
Support for preparation of customer visits for global quality complaint negotiation;
Track of Debit Notes in connection with relevant customer by phone, written correspondence and customer visits using the most relevant languages;
Plausibility check with customer specific own developed MS-Excel tables incl. "Pivot" for data upload;
Support of customer service during the selection process of external / rework service providers, creation of WBS elements in the respective plant SAP cluster;
Create credit- / debit notes;
Initiate IC debit note notifications for correct balancing of costs assigned to special actions to Continental plants in foreign countries;
Monthly data extraction, actualization and reporting of warranty costs including corresponding savings
Support in preparation of management reports on special request.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Qualifications You can be a perfect match to our team if you have :
University degree in Finance / Economics / Quality;
Advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent writing, reading and speaking English skills;
Knowledge of German (is a plus);
SAP knowledge (is a plus).
