Your tasks :
Organizing internal and external travels (Files & Travel management)
Active correspondence with internal and external accounting and preparation of official documents / records
Support manager in all administrative tasks such as personnel fles (overtime, rest leave, medical leave)
Preparation of accounting documents : invoices, receipts consumption, minutes, records of receipts and payments
Collaboration with external service providers, business partners and local authorities
Weekly reporting to product company and customer center in Neustadt / Germany
Customer correspondence in written form and by telephone
Preparation of commercial offers / invoices of service interventions. Active follow up of quotes and invoice collection
Keep track of inventory management
Your profile :
University Degree or equivalent education level
Good command of written and spoken English
First working experience in industrial / technological companies or similar positions
Good MS Office Skills
Willingness to take on responsibility and show initiative
Flexibility and organizational skills
Having the ability to work autonomously in a small team
Problem solving ability
High customer orientation
The position is designed as a temporary position for 18 months.
