Description
The position is within Total Quality Management Continental Management System Organization.
This role is manager for the technical Compliance Management System (tCMS) with focus on the Continental Group Level;
It is responsible to drive the technical Compliance Management System Project and maintain defined tCMS elements (e.g.
tCMS processes, IT infrastructure, risk management, KPI tracking, training material provision) after the project closure.
The position requires to be responsible to ensure prerequisites (e.g. processes, infrastructure) for technical Compliance :
Active role in tCMS project including definition of processes, KPIs, infrastructure, etc;
Monitoring of tCMS KPIs, reporting, deriving potential improvements;
Maintenance of tCMS group processes and IT infrastructure components;
Continuous improvement and ongoing digitalization of tCMS processes;
Contact partner for BA / BU functions regarding group processes and infrastructure;
Training (established and perform training) regarding tCMS.
Qualifications Qualification :
Technical degree (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, physics, electrical engineering) or comparable education (e.
g. patent paralegal) with professional experience.
Required Knowledge :
Preferable knowledge / experience in Project Management, Law or Patents, Audit;
Understanding of legal and technical regulations;
Good knowledge in IT / database tools and defining processes;
Cross functional experience is desired;
Ideally, experience in working with legal & statutory requirements as well as collaboration with authorities and institutions;
First working experience in Automobile industry ideally in requirement engineering.
