JOB TITLE : Commercial Finance Manager

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The Commercial Finance Manager will support the Regional Commercial Finance team with the various in-depth analysis of financial performance of the total Region / all product categories / DRBUs.
Using commercial knowledge the person should produce analysis and insights as well as run scenario modelling to support Strategic discussions and Region-wide decisions.
The Manager will be coordinating Regional reporting on Competitors, NCL, pricing and actively interacting with Regional marketing and DRBU Finance.
Position requires ability to multi task, set priorities and be able to work under time pressure as the person will be joining a fast-pace environment and a very dynamic team.
Deliver projects that include various in-depth analysis and scenario modelling by category / DRBU for different PL lines (R2M, profitability, competitor insights etc)
Conduct NTO and PL lines analysis at SOP reporting with insights by product category
Coordinate monthly Pricing Tracker update, with DRBU bottom up submissions. Perform analysis by market / category and produce insights / foresights for the Regional Leadership team
Lead technical part of the Competitor reporting : consolidate Europe view, liaise with DRBUs to ensure data quality, perform analysis by competitor / category, contribute to the process optimisation
Prepare Management decks for the Europe Regional Leadership Team (SOP, Competitors, NCL, ad hoc analysis)
Ideate and engage relevant teams to develop technical solutions (eg. Power BI solutions on pricing, competitors etc)
Strong teamwork & collaboration with DRBU Finance, Regional SPI & Marketing, and other GBS departments to ensure delivery of cross-functional projects as well as integrity and quality of analysis
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Team player who collaborates and coordinates effectively within a DRBU with stakeholders at varying levels in the organisational hierarchy
Strong technical skills : advanced Excel (incl pivots), Power Point, strong BPC knowledge (incl retrieves)
Financial modelling based on large data base incl BPC extracts
Experience with data analysis, finding common trends and deviations. Should help identify initiatives that have a business focus and are commercially viable
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and multi tasking
Commercial experience is a benefit
Fluency in English
ACCA / CIMA in progress
SAP / BPC strong knowledge
Power BI savvy
