The Sales Operations team for Iron Mountain Data Centers supports the global data center sales and marketing teams . This environment will provide opportunities to learn, grow and achieve personal development goals.
This role is heavily cross-functional. The ideal candidate will be able to work with individuals from other departments, such as : Finance, Sales leadership, Marketing, Product teams, Salesforce teams, and various other departments to help maintain and increase the productivity of Iron Mountain Data Centers.
What you will do :
Support Global Sales and Marketing by providing the reporting and analysis needed to drive the corporate and local sales strategy
Backup the Manager, Sales Operations for commission reporting to global payroll teams for the IMDC Global Sales and Marketing team (including Account Management team commissions)
Liaison between Sales and Legal teams and Salesforce Support by becoming a SME for Salesforce and the Apttus Quote-to-Cash tool to improve amount of time a deal takes to get from Proposing to Contracting
Provide analysis to ad-hoc inquiries by reporting and dashboarding in Salesforce.com, as well as excel, using functions such as pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
Work with the Product team to build plans to deploy new products to the Sales team
Support the Product team in building new products in Salesforce
Create and Update training materials for Salesforce, Hubspot, and additional platforms / processes as needed
Provide support to Sales team for RFP responses, building out a repeatable process that reduces the amount of time it takes to reply to a RFP
Learn and understand the different functions and duties of the Sales Operations team and provide general Sales Operations support on an ad hoc basis
What you will bring to the role :
Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent work experience
3+ years increasingly responsible sales operations analysis, business intelligence reporting, CRM Analyst or sales experience
High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills, a critical thinker
Proficient in technical writing
Intermediate Excel / Sheets & PPT / Slides Skills required
Experience with Salesforce or equivalent application including Quote to Cash applications
Data Center experience not required, but a plus
