We seek candidates with 3 to 5 years’ experience of prospecting (business development) and managing partnerships, preferably in or around customer loyalty.

The Partnership Manager position requires an individual with strong relationship and organisational skills to successfully manage the day-to-day running of the partnerships.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with leading global brands in a key team at Dynata Responsibilities : Prospecting for new partnerships, researching and arranging initial meetings with new partners Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners at all relevant levels.

Develop a deep understanding of our partnership program, related to specific assigned accounts. Focus on growth of assigned partnerships for mutual benefit in terms of marketing campaigns, growth, and profitability.

Track and analyse partner campaign results; subsequently, prepare and create meaningful reporting for both internal use and for partner presentations.

Conceive and develop marketing campaigns, including creative and copy, working side-by-side with assigned partners, to ensure partnership goals are achieved and campaigns are flawlessly executed.

Create annual partnership plans, budgeting and financial reconciliations, including presentation of materials internally and to partnership management, both in-person and over-the-phone.

Travel or video meetings to present detailed business reviews, partnership financials, and growth opportunities to multiple levels of partnership management.

Launch new partnerships with full accountability for successful, on-budget, and on-time integrations. Work with technology teams, both internally and in concert with partners, to create, enhance and / or troubleshoot integrations.

Execute against contractual agreements for assigned partners, along with the ability and experience to renegotiate / renew agreements at appropriate times.

Other responsibilities, as needed. Skills, Qualifications & Personal Profile : 3 to 5 years + experience in strategic account / relationship management.

Preferably in loyalty account management (e.g., working with loyalty and partnership programs, such as airlines, hotels, and / or car rental companies).

Business development skills and experience with the ability to deepen / expand relationships with existing partners. Excellent analytical skills with a high level of detail orientation.

Strong communicator and presenter. Strong financial skills and project management acumen.
