Analysis of availably material and capacity;
Creation and maintenance of manufacturing fabrication orders with all related documents (manufacturing orders and plans, production scheduling etc) in accordance with the line capacity and requested completion dates
Execution of the production plan according to the existing requirements of materials
Participation in meeting with the management regarding material constraints, quality issues or capacity;
Modification of the production plan in case of lack of materials, capacity of equipment, lack of people, or other problems that may arise during the execution;
Preparation of a production plan for several weeks, considering all the necessary information that can have an impact on the achievements so as to satisfy the client's requirements;
Carrying out the production plan according to the availability of the capacity shared with other customers. Maintains constant contact with Production / Quality / Engineering Teams to ensure the most efficient use of capacity;
Tracking the achievements from production versus what was planned, and communicating to the team and client (different reports)
Carrying out the export plan, which must be communicated to the team and subsequently to the client (if applicable);
Tracking the actual exports against what was planned to be exported, and communicated to the team and client (if applicable);
Follow-up of the RDSL / PDSL (delivery dates);
Performing all needed operations in the System MRP;
Participation in daily meetings, in which discusses the achievements of production and exports;
Modification in the System of all the changes requested by the production.
2+ years experience in a Planning / Buying / Supply Chain role, preferably in a multinational environment
Experience in a production environment;
Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems ;
Fluency in English and French;
Good PC skills : MsOffice, Internet, E-mailers;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Detail oriented and open minded
Very Good Analytical skills.
