  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Monitoring of the application availability and workflows
  • Generation and presentation to client of ticket statistics
  • Quality assurance of the internal AO processes
  • Resolve IT maintenance and further development
  • Defect preparation and management
  • Go live support and code roll-out to production
  • Support the applications users through guidance on email or on phone
  • Analysis of issues identified in the application and detailed in a defect or PBI
