As a Group Leader of the SQM team, you will :

Implement and control the support of the cross-functional supplier selection team with required quality data;

Implementation and control of failure prevention orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase for supplied goods and services to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements;

Define, implement and maintain the appropriate tools and resources to ensure an effective claim management system in order to ensure fast reaction to all types of supplier / component related incidents;

Tracking of the supplier quality related costs (QRC);

Implementation and execution of consequent supplier management activities to track any quality deviation (zero tolerance for defects);

Implement, maintain and control the efficiency of the defined Supplier Quality Management System (procedures, guidelines and tools), to ensure the requested quality in line with the VT Quality strategies in order to meet the cost- and productivity targets;

Drive root cause analysis and force the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measures at the supplier and initiate supplier improvement programs to ensure that the components and the processes meet the defined quality requirements;

Implement a continuous improvement process of all supplier quality related processes, guidelines and tools by intern audits, on site assessments, benchmarking and best practice sharing programs.

What will you need to succeed :

Technical academic studies or comparable education;

Several years of relevant work experience in different SQM / production / Customer Quality functions;

Previous experience in leading teams - preferred;

Advanced English language skills;

Experience in working with international teams on Quality issues.
