We have a great opportunity for you to become our new Sales Leader Lifecycle Care Services. In this role you will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies of the designated LifeCycle within our Process Systems and Software business unit.

Your goals will beto achieve the agreed Bookings, Gross Profit, Sales and strategic targets for the product lines and services in the agreed sales territory.

  • Be aware of the entire Life Cycle (LC) portfolio and do value proposition in the light of customer’s needs and business opportunities.
  • Be aware of the entire installed base of the region system size, versions, etc. - and execute tailor made LC program / strategies fit to individual customer’s needs.
  • Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability within customers in the agreed sales territory.
  • Actively promote and sell direct and indirect (through local sales) LC offerings including products, solutions and services in the agreed geographical area.
  • Seek new opportunities to sell assigned products and services to business unit installed base and new customers and industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge on all products and solutions and have the ability to communicate and apply that knowledge through Solutions Selling methodology
  • Maximize both face to face time and other communication possibilities (telephone, e-mail, etc.).
  • Oversee, ensure and personally support the execution of committed contractual terms to customers in all business transaction.
  • Continuously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating, and executing solutions to their needs.
  • Participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of products, solutions and services of designated Instrumentation.
  • Engineering degree or comparable technical education;
  • At least 5 years sales experience in Sales Account in the system business;
  • Demonstrable business acumen and experience;
  • Strong PC user;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Be an action oriented, self motivated, results driven sales person;
  • Be a team player willing to collaborate with other sales people in the region and globally;
  • Strong achiever with an ability to work in a complex matrix organization;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Willing to travel in the region and international occasionally.
