Your Impact
This person supports the Infrastructure Systems Lead in the regular cadence with the Delivery teams. Acts as a liaison between Infrastructure and Delivery Teams.
Represents Infrastructure and enforce PTC Cloud standards with global services and / or partners. Mentors new recruits. Executes extended PTC Cloud infrastructure delivery projects and Production Support coverage.
Your Team
The PTC Cloud Systems Administration team works closely with peers in Network Engineering, Database administration, Disaster Recovery and Application Delivery to provide hosted computing infrastructure supporting PTC Cloud’s customer base.
PTC Cloud support’s the Company’s overall Customer Success organization.
