Overall reporting activities in Human Resources field. Your Role in a Nutshell :
Provides accurate and specific reports, in accordance with reporting requirements and deadlines, as well as ad hoc requests;
Introduces, extracts data, processes and consolidates information for regular and on-demand reports;
Manages the reporting questions / requests;
Creates and updates documentation for the different types of reports;
Identify opportunities for process improvement;
Perform minimal analyzes on request;
Provides information support and visual format on different types of reporting.
A little about You :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related position;
Solid knowledge of statistics / data analysis;
Good English skills;
Solid Microsoft Office knowledge (Advanced Excel, Access, Power Point);
HR knowledge would be a plus; We also value :
