You will join the IT Business Solution department, where we advise the business on HR related systems. Our department has evolved together with our company and is still evolving, therefore we are looking for an .
Involvement in international digitalization projects within the human resources area;
Act as a Consultant for the implementation of HR systems, based mostly on SAP technology (SAP HR, SAP Success Factors, SAP Payroll, SAP Admin, SAP Concur, SAP e-Recruiting);
Runs tests and proposes improvements for the systems;
Involved in establishing the launch plan and creating plans for various applications and projects;
Organizes workshops and creates the handbook for end-users;
The IT Business Partner will be the contact person for all the departments involved in the process;
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the functionality of HR systems;
Provides training for key users;
Acts as contact point between the local IT Department, HR Department and Lidl group;
Offers support in solving problems related to system operation and manages the escalation at all levels.
How do you know you are right for this job?
You have graduated a technical university;
You are fluent in English, ideally you are also fluent in German;
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience within the IT field;
You have knowledge of HR Systems;
You have relevant project management experience;
You deliver results by working autonomously;
You are a good communicator and you’re oriented towards internal clients;
Ideally you have knowledge about SAP HCM or SAP Success Factors;
You enjoy working in international teams;
You are available for business travel in European countries (once or twice a month).
