YOUR ROLE

  • Quality order processing and execution
  • Accurate billing - following up products deliveries
  • Key performance indicators - service level
  • Correspondence regarding complaints and speed of their resolution
  • Keeping accurate master data
  • Support for all stakeholders in the sales organization
  • Support for all kind of special Sales Projects or tasks requested by direct manager
  • Opportunity to lead the CS Department in the near future
  • YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree
  • Experience required : at least 3 year in similar activities
  • Good command on English for both verbal and written communication
  • Analytical skills - strong attention to details
  • Strong coordination skills with good initiative for problem solving
  • Ability to work autonomously, but also as team player
  • SAP knowledge is required
