Key Account Manager

As KAM you will be responsible for management of international retailers in Romania reporting directly to Senior Key Account Manager.
You will work with much loved beauty brands from color cosmetics, body care and fragrance categories such as : Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois, Miss Sporty, Adidas, David Beckham, Bruno Banani.
What you’ll do :
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the customers
Deliver the results in line with the targets;
Full ownership of the (complete) P&L, from GS to C1 (top to bottom) and manage different variables effectively to improve the Gross-to-Net result at designated customers
Follow and bring up-to-date monthly accruals
Negotiate trade terms with the customers in line with Coty strategy for every annual contract
Understand and implement the strategic priorities of the company at designed customers
Set up commercial objectives and business plans per customer and clearly define commercial budgets in line with the national objectives defined by the Sales Manager
Full ownership of the process from order to payment of allocated customers, in collaboration with a multifunctional team( Sales Controlling, Finance and Customer Services )
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and provide rationale to Sales Manager
Update planning tool monthly
Provide weekly sales estimation on allocated customers to Sales Manager
Working / collaborating with Customer Marketing team to ensure the best promotional activities are proposed / implemented and highest quality of materials are being produced in line with customer needs
What you’ll bring :
Experience in a Key Account role in FMCG company
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
MS Office / SAP : good knowledge of all applications : Ms Word, PowerPoint, and Ms Excel which are necessary for the creation reports and
presentations
Analytical Skills : standard planning and operational analytics, some proficiency in financial analysis, being able to identify profitable sales opportunities and the development of financially viable long-term key account plans
Sales Planning Skills : evaluation of current performance or sales of a given product in a particular target market, defining the sales target, identifying the strategies for achieving that target, and identifying the resources available for the achievement of the stated sales target.
