The team is in charge of all relationships with sellers, from contracts and payments to workflow and procedures, in order to ensure a great customer experience.

Let’s meet if you have these skills :
University Degree in Economics or other relevant subjects;
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Strong Excel and analytical skills; excel VBA would be an advantage;
Solid understanding of databases, statistics and business intelligence tools;
Basic knowledge in QlikView programming language would be an advantage;
Economics background, basics of financial statements, experience in planning process;
Principles knowledge related to profitability, pricing, purchasing, commercial conditions, inventory management, promotional campaigns;
Detail oriented, capable of spotting flaws in processes and data inconsistencies, problem solving;
Ability to work with high volumes of data;
Highly organized, task focused and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;
Fluent in English;
Experience in retail industry or e-commerce sites would be an advantage.
What will you do in our team?
Combine financial and analytical skills to support decision-making process within eMAG Marketplace Business Unit;
Provide continuous support in terms of deep analysis and business performance to the relevant business leaders;
Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process within eMAG Marketplace;
Perform KPI monitoring and analysis, propose measures for business results improvements;
Analyze results in comparison with the budget / forecast / historical trends and associated with KPIs;
Prepare highly documented explanations for deviations;
Constantly identify gaps and opportunities in analyzed data sets for successfully contribute to business growth;
Use different tools and techniques to develop scalable solutions to address business needs;
Contribute to the improvement of current instruments to create a dynamic controlling environment;
Perform ad-hoc analysis.
