The role

Do you want to play a critical role in helping our customers customer realize value with their Microsoft 365 Services? We are looking for a diverse group of customer-focused individuals with the goal of driving use of Microsoft 365 into a customer’s business and enabling them to realize business value.

We collaborate and share learnings and innovate solutions to enable our customers to increase their usage of the Microsoft Cloud.

What will you do :

  • Customer and Partner Focus : You will consistently create an amazingly positive experience for our customers.
  • Build trust, drive recommendations, and land priorities across customers, stakeholders, internal teams and across organizational boundaries
  • Hold Stakeholder remote meetings.
  • Provide Guidance and Coaching on Adoption and Change Management activities to customers
  • Monthly or Bi-weekly engagement with Customer Essentials Change Team
  • Drive action recommendations
  • What we need to see from you

  • Fluent English & French
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience
  • Overall 2 years of experience within consulting services
  • Basic knowledge about MS O365 technology ( we can train you!)
  • Excellent language skills in French, Italian or Czech (English is a must)
  • Understand the implication of change though the implementation of technology to the business;
  • Strong structural work methods, multitasking and time management skills;
  • Solid problem solving and assertive consultative skills.
