Job Description :

responsible for leading and management of national sales team and all sales activities as well its continuous development

target-oriented / strategic development of the sales structures (Area Sales, Industry Solutions and Business Partners)

customer acquisition and support as key areas of activity

reporting to the Managing Director / Executive Board

further development of sales management tools

personnel management and promotion

interface management (Product Management, Segments, logistics, ...)

regular participation in congresses, trade fairs and industry forums

coordination and management of change processes

budget responsibility and reporting

promotion to the Managing Director position is possible, based on performance

Our client is a full-range provider of cutting tools for the machining sector. The company offers wide-ranging knowledge in the field of machining, but also a product range that is one of the most comprehensive on the market.

Requirements :

  • successfully completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • several years of professional experience with leadership and profit responsibility in sales
  • practical experience in the field of machining / cutting tools
  • extensive know-how in B2B sales incl. managing of local distribution partners
  • experience in developing new markets
  • entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • result and process orientation coupled with high self-motivation
  • strong in communication, also in an international environment
  • willingness to travel internationally
  • fluent in English both spoken and written
