SALES MANAGER (DEPUY SYNTHES)
Multiple location : Romania
The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales in aspecified geographical area, for a particular franchise. Contributes to thedevelopment of the sales team, sales strategy and is responsible for applyingsales plans within the franchise that fit the overall sales and businessstrategy of the company
Manages,coordinates and develops sales force / team within a certain region / geographicalarea / country
Contributesto the development of the sales strategy
Assistsin the development of sales objectives
Responsiblefor implementing all sales plans to support overall sales and business strategyof the company
Overseessales contacts and contracts with customers
Mayalso have responsibility for key client relationships
Conductssales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales force
Makesrecommendations on sales quotas, assigns territories and accounts to salesrepresentatives in order to achieve agreed sales targets within an allocatedbudget.
Additionalresponsibilities include sales administration, customer support, sales supportand cooperation with logistics

Crucialrequirements for candidates :
Universitydegree (BA / BS in life science or business discipline)
Directsales experience required, preferred orthopedics experience of minimum 5 yearswith a proven successful pathway in driving commercial results.
Aprevious experience in people management will be well evaluated.
Soundtechnical knowledge of the product and selling techniques is required.
Goodattitude in team-working with people coming from different cultures andnationalities.
Effectiveinterpersonal skills, good communication skills and ability to buildprofessional credibility and respect with business partners.
Sound commercialknowledge and experience matched with sense of urgency.
