Mission We are seeking a talented web performance specialist to manage all testing, analysis, and optimization of our various conversion points in the online sales funnel.
This person’s main responsibility is to increase the rate at which site traffic convert to leads and leads to customers, being responsible of the online sales strategy.
Your day-to-day :
In collaboration with the Online Performance agency, deploy actions and campaigns of Search Engine Advertising (SEA), taking into account the main KPIs, the ROI and the volume of acquisition.
Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
Manage and challenge agency daily on campaign spending and ensure budget compliance with the agency.
Conduct tests, collect and analyze data onsite and on each campaigns : from keywords to audiences to landing pages.
Identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI and maximum acquisition volume on campaigns in collaboration with our partner agency and headquarters.
Optimize our marketing’s conversion flows and rates overall and drive qualified leads for our sales team.
Ability to work well in a fast paced cross-functional team environment.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
What you bring to the team ?
BA / BS or equivalent working experience.
Past experience with web analytics, A / B testing, and inbound marketing tactics.
Proficient using Google Adwords, VWO and other types of heatmap tools and web tracking tools to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads.
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization.
Proficient in web analytics and keyword tools.
Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
