The key responsibility of this rolewill be to build, maintain, consolidate and analyze records for several key HRsystems and processes.
The role supports the Europe HR Teams by ensuring allinformation provided is up-to-date and accurate; identifying, proposing androlling-out process improvements.
The role also participates in new systems andmodules implementation, driving one common HR standard across Europe androlling out best practices.
Act as Subject MatterExpert on all key HRIS Systems used in Automation Solutions Europe and offertrainings to European Users and Develop training material.
Maintain the integrityof the Automation Solutions Europe employee data in Oracle HCM Cloud andprovide regular and ad-hoc information and reports from the HRIS to local HR
Build records in OracleHCM Cloud and update in a timely manner, according to SLA. This includescrafting requisitions, posting jobs, managing candidates
Identify, build andimplement process improvements such as audits; proactively analyses gaps indata integrity
Create document andtraining material that support consistency and standard methodologies. Educatemanagers and HR professionals in proficient use of the systems
Support the EuropeAutomation Solutions Organization in crafting training plans in Oracle Learn,ensuring accurate Training recording and reporting
Offer implementationsupport for various HR systems as well as post-implementation assistance onOracle HCM modules. Drive harmonization of the system and standardmethodologies across Europe
Own Corporate ComplianceTraining Programs for Europe, Conflict of interest
Ethics Compliance : running reports from HRIS, consolidating data from the countries, completingvariance analysis and collaborating with countries to close outstanding issues
Support the AnnualOrganizational Review Process by providing data to the European Community andby putting together the Diversity Dashboard
Support any roll out orimplementation of new metrics or tools
Document and mapjob-related processes
Upon request, offersupport to countries, group of countries or business units in HR relatedprograms and tasks, working closely with the dedicated HR colleagues to makesure employee and business requests are addressed
Offer ad-hoc support indifferent projects initiated by the HR Department
At least 1-year experience
Previous experience in using HRInformation Systems or other Business Administrations ERP (Enterprise ResourcePlanning) would be nice
Proved experience in administeringand analyzing data; working with multiple priorities
Proved experience in working withand maintaining relationships with various remote partners, at different levelsin the company
Preferably, experience in mappingprocesses and working on process improvements
Fluent in English
