Your new role : You will plan, develop, monitor and manage content for digital Internal communications platforms (publications, online events) so employees receive meaningful, informative and recreational quality product about company’s projects and activities

Activities going to help you shine :

  • Participating in development of Internal Communications strategy
  • Developing communication plan in line with Communications strategy and company’s strategic vision, monitor its execution, evaluate results, propose improvements
  • Creating specific communication campaigns, stand-alone publications and online events
  • Creating, writing, editing, and publishing relevant, original and high-quality content.
  • Coordinating multimedia projects for internal communication platforms (video recording and editing; creating and editing visual photographic and graphic content)
  • Supporting the department in organization of off-line events
  • The fuel needed to go further with us :

  • Bachelor degree required, with specializations in Journalism, Communication / PR, Marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience on a similar position
  • Creativity
  • Excellent communication (both writing and speaking) skills equally strong in Romanian and English languages.
  • Passion to digital communication platforms
  • Skills and experience in video recording and editing; editing and creating visual photographic and graphic content
  • Previous experience in organizing events is considered a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; profound knowledge of the photo and video-editing software is an asset
  • Outstanding self-organizational and planning abilities, assertiveness considered as a plus
  • Availability to travel 20% of the working time
