As a Customer Experience Professional in our Performance Material & Technology department, you will be responsible for the success of transferring knowledge and providing support to the order entry specialists for PMC.
Act as SAP Super User and provide technical knowledge and support during SAP transitions / deployments. Comply with business processes and controls in order to deliver best in class’ customer service and order management fulfilment.
Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all order management activities. Work within guidelines of global policies and processes
Provide technical knowledge and support to Finance and OMT as SME
Analyze request to process Credit Memo (CM) and / or Cancellation
CM and / or cancellation generation (attention to specific customer / country requirements including dispute resolution)
Invoice generation (attention to specific customer / country requirements)
Compile documentation to meet financial audit requirements
Understand and follow all Quality Management policies and procedures
Reviews customer operations and uses data and observation to determine methods to optimize processes
Debit memo issuing support. Support for application of SEA discounting policy.
Customer Booking in SAP including special non-standard Y-Specials configurable products
Support for logistics activities - OBD creation and technical errors resolution
Process "special" invoicing (Complex Customer invoice requirements)
Ensure good document control, Validation of PO (POSO, IPO and 3rd Party PO)
Clear concise communications with local Sales, Operations, LOBs and COE
Respect all the HSE procedures
5 years’ experience in a Customer Services environment with proven record of delivering outstanding levels of service.
Experience on similar roles such as Customer Experience Specialist / Order Management
Preferred Bachelor’s or MBA degree
SAP knowledge would be considered a plus because will help you with the daily tasks
Ability to focus on delivery of an excellent customer support and service whilst working under diverse pressures
Demonstrates an ability to understand customer requirements and priorities to make the right business decisions
Leadership and team building skills
Oral & written Communication at all levels
Good judgment, problem solving & appropriate decisiveness
English and German Proficient
