we are looking for a Procurement Business Intelligence Advisor
Your Role :
You will support on tasks in Supplier Performance Management (SPM)-Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Project Management, Global Commodity Management (GCM), such as Governance and Reporting, KPI creation or development, documentation retrieval, follow-up, supplier performance monitoring, support the Procurement Organization and Supplier Integration Management, drive execution of strategic initiatives, and deploy data quality strategies.
Potential activities for this position include administration of standard and ad-hoc reporting and the creation of Executive Dashboards.
Your Challenges and responsibilities :
Governance and Reporting :
Download data from specific ERPs / tools, maintain and analyze reports and dashboards following standard Procedures
Update, develop and improve different reports as per request from stakeholders and ensure on-time submission
Perform quality checks on reports in scope
Supply Base Maintenance :
Retrieve documentation in line with stakeholder requirements
Support monitoring of supplier performance and risk assessment
Manage non-standard requests and reports
Monitor complex reports
SharePoint usage and access management
Stakeholder relationship and performance management
Resolve customer queries and escalations related to reports and projects in scope
Ensure that escalations and queries are resolved and followed through in an efficient and professional manner
Ensure output is in line with customer requirements and needs
Support process improvement through identifying and implementing improvement ideas that drive efficiency and increase quality of deliverables and processes
Organize governance calls with customers and stake holders (within scope)
Create and update report procedures with detailed steps
Share and apply best practices within GPC organization
Processes / Tools / Knowledge Management
Apply consistently the Procurement processes and tools
Offer training and refresher training whenever required
Share working knowledge on processes and tools
Developing oneself and get exposure
Business understanding & knowledge on processes and tools of your own area
Exposure to the Procurement organization (internally) and externally (suppliers)
Degree level qualification (masters preferred)
Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain management processes
1-3 years’ experience in a relevant position
Operational experience (request for quotation, purchase order creation, expediting, material management) or buyer experience would be a plus
Solid level in Microsoft Office Applications (Advanced MS EXCEL skills), SharePoint and ERPs
Data visualisation tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau)
Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus
Strong analytical and reporting skills, cost reduction mindset, interested in information technologies and the usage of tools, advanced excel skills
Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications - excel macro), continuous improvement oriented
