Administers Sales Incentive Plan for designated regions and / or LOBs.
Performs sales revenue measurements and validates performance results for a portfolio of Sales Representatives.
Administers sales incentive compensation tool and ensures timely and accurate Sales incentive payments.
Extracts and / or builds reports from various sources but not limited to : SAP Business Objects, Callidus Cloud.
Prepares and distributes various revenue and performance reports as requested by the region and globally.
Participates in quota setting activities and provides input to streamline process.
Engages with Sales Operations and Sales Management to investigate and resolve compensation related queries and exceptions.
Supports data clean-up activities as well as ensures data accuracy on our reports.
Supports activities of data scrubbing.
Supports Ad Hoc data requests from our Sales Compensation and Sales Functional Leaders.
Any other requests coming from Direct Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support / Finance / Sales Incentive / Compensation environment, collecting and driving data analysis
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Microsoft Excel (large spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables)
Experience in a cross functional international organization
Pragmatic, flexible, and professional approach with strong business acumen
Must be able to meet strict deadlines
Good Analytical Skills accompanied by consistent, reliable work that is organized, thorough and precise
SAP, Callidus Cloud, SAP Business Objects
Self-motivated, result oriented individual
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Adept at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously
