Role description

  • Managing a large portfolio of small and medium business customers (Enterprise & Strategic Alliances), maintaining and / or growing revenue and share of wallet
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationship with the customer
  • Managing existing portfolio and protect contracts (churn & renewals)
  • Identify and win Sales Opportunities
  • Key accountabilities

  • Prospection and reactive / proactive upselling / cross sell
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities
  • Achieve / overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
  • Serve as lead contact for all account management matters
  • Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximise profits and increase revenue base
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive
  • Digital management through campaigns and digital tools (if applicable)
  • Role requirements - skills and capabilities

    Experience :

  • Requires limited sales / marketing experience but some administrative / technical experience;
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers;
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers;
  • Strong written communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
