Managing a large portfolio of small and medium business customers (Enterprise & Strategic Alliances), maintaining and / or growing revenue and share of wallet
Develop and maintain long-term relationship with the customer
Managing existing portfolio and protect contracts (churn & renewals)
Identify and win Sales Opportunities
Prospection and reactive / proactive upselling / cross sell
Forecast and track key account metrics
Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities
Achieve / overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
Serve as lead contact for all account management matters
Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximise profits and increase revenue base
Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive
Digital management through campaigns and digital tools (if applicable)
Role requirements - skills and capabilities
Requires limited sales / marketing experience but some administrative / technical experience;
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers;
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers;
Strong written communication skills;
