Job role
The Commercial PMO support role consists in offering support to the CTO2 AZP Head of Commercial & Account management within Gearshift related activities (review, organize, follow-up and coordinate the actions in place with the stakeholders).
Responsibilities :
Help on coordinating actions between the Commercial Team (contract, project portfolio management) and Account Management Team
Support with administrative tasks (e.g. : organizing the agenda, preparing meeting invitations, providing minutes of the meeting) for the governance bodies
Support with coordinating all actions and performing follow up with the stakeholders (e.g. : IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, Vendor management) at worldwide level
Perform regional coordination with several geographic zones such as APAC, Europe, Americas (e.g. : follow up with different departments)
Requirements :
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in project management, with IT experience in relevant area (e.g. Insurance and / or IT and Services);
University Degree (preferably Business Administration, or similar);
Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint);
Fluent English written and spoken;
