Let's have a look at the Tower Service Manager's daily tasks

Tower Service Manager (TSM) has the responsibility to ensure that services are delivered in line with Service Description and all Service Level targets are achieved.

Day to day activities require the co-ordination and operational reviews with delivery teams, responsible to ensure the levels and quality of service.

TSM also takes care of the quality of services and identifies areas for continuous improvement.

This includes visibility and management of each component of delivery to identify where efficiencies can be made.

  • Service Level Management - Delivery Performance and Quality;
  • Service Continuity, Improvement and Excellence;
  • Incident & Problem Management (acts to reduce the risks and issues);
  • Builds an action plan for improving the Customer Satisfaction Surveys if needed;
  • Operational Change Planning (be a part of Change Advisory Board).
  • What we wish from you?

  • Preferably technical university degree or a similar qualification;
  • A basic overview about IT Services understanding, especially within Workplace Services, but you are eager to improve your technical skills;
  • Advanced Microsoft office knowledge especially Excel reporting and PPT presentations;
  • IT infrastructure (ITIL Foundations is a plus), knowledge of IT SLA's, Key Performance Indicators;
  • Customer Relations / Global Delivery of services for customers;
  • Organizational skills and ability to coordinate changes in a project management manner - a structured workflow, appropriate follow up of tasks, on time delivery and risk management;
  • Strength to enforce to given processes;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory;
  • You should be able to perform internal and external correspondence efficiently;
  • Ability to act actively;
  • You have initiative and flexibility;
  • Multi-tasking ability, coordinate multiple changes at a time, without loss of attention to detail;
  • Deep understanding of English and French
