Coordinate the professional activities of the team in line with the group and BU strategy and expectations, quality standards, process requirements and the defined timeline;
Responsible to provide / approve work packages estimations or quotes from his / her team;
Responsible to plan and monitor the execution of all activities / tasks, in order to meet due dates according to clients' requirements
Responsible for technical solutions for his team, in his area of responsibility;
Perform technical development activities within the project;
Conduct the yearly Performance Management Process for all directs and set individual goals for each team member;
