Job Purpose :

This role is for an English and / or French speaker in a Finance project dealing with activities of the Account Payable process in specific.

Requirements :

  • Prepare query & errors logs / Dashboards and recommend solutions for closure
  • Handling emails related to stakeholders on query regarding invoice processing, payment
  • Handling daily and month-end trackers / reports
  • Recommend process improvements and ideas to Supervisor
  • Working experience and knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process in a shared services environment.
  • Introducing and processing very accurate vendor invoices
  • ERP experience in AP process (SAP) & Workflow Application
  • Ability to grasp clients business, process, policies and procedures quickly and perform the activity in assigned role.
  • Understanding the agreed and defined Service Level Agreements
  • What we need from you :

  • Foreign languages skills :
  • Advanced language skills, written, reading and spoken : English

    Good to have : medium language skills, written, reading and spoken : French

  • Preferably graduated in Economic studies
  • At least 1 year experience of working in Finance & Accounting or back office environment in Procure to pay area
  • Working knowledge with respect to European tax and statutory compliance
  • Prior experience of transition of financial processes from offshore location will be a benefit
  • Working knowledge of SAP is preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thinking process Be proactive, ask and perform work.
  • Planning Ability to plan the steps to be taken to achieve objectives
  • Accountability Taking personal responsibility for actions
