For our factory in Timisoara , producer of telecom antennas, we are looking for an Indirect Purchaser.

You will :

Process the offers from suppliers;

Compile orders to suppliers;

Verify the confirmations received from suppliers in accordance with the internal procedures;

Resolve the quantitative complaints at reception;

Update the products nomenclature by suppliers;

Prepare and updates the situation of suppliers;

Follow the delivery of orders from the supplier taking into consideration the amounts, prices and terms required.

To be successful in the role you must have :

University degree;

Ms. Office skills (Word, Excel);

Knowledge and experience with MRP tools (SAP are an advantage);

Fluent in English;

Very organized, communicative and flexible person;

Impeccable attention to details;

Excellent organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
