What will you do
Track and calculate various mobility related costs for re-charging purposes, including allocation to intercompany accounts
Prepare input data for outgoing invoices processed by the Accounts Receivable team and ensure operational continuity
You are responsible for quality period end closing activities
Act according to controls defined for risks’ mitigation, update and maintain working procedures, ensure necessary updates of master data records used in the recharging process
Accrual calculation, posting or support for postings and contribute to process improvement and automatization of Excel used tools
How do you know you are the right fit
Education / Training :
High School or University Degree (Economic studies represent an advantage)
Professional Experience :
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Good knowledge in Accounting within complex and international environment, excellent knowledge of principles, practices, regulations, and procedures as they relate to accounting processes
Experience or capability to gain fast understanding of Global Mobility model in the EON Group (intercompany relationship)
English is a must (Advanced level)
Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel
VBA and Access knowledge are a plus
