Leadership and execution of marketing for Verifone / Intercard in Germany
Lead (planning and controlling) the local marketing budgets for Germany
Ensure country cross-functional teams are building a strong foundation for the brand to increase brand awareness, brand love, and competitive advantage.
Create the go to market and positioning strategies for Verifone and Verifone's product launches in Germany
Managing the market presence and ensuring a uniform corporate design
Continuous market research and competitive analysis
Demand Generation Strategies
Develop the demand generation plan to support Verifone’s efforts in Israel and Portugal to help execute and measure campaigns by both leveraging and establishing marketing systems, dashboards and tools (Marketing Automation Pardot;
Zapier, CRM Platforms, Internal systems etc.).
Design and analyze performance reports and dashboards to measure and optimize marketing / lead funnel ROI, prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual reports to alert direct manager and executives regarding the evolution of the business
Identify marketing funnel gaps and develop process solutions with the marketing team
Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to assess when campaigns are successful or need to be changed, provide analysis and recommendations regarding campaigns and present analytical insights
Work closely with sales for lead qualification and nurturing
Campaigns and Programs (in coordination with sales)
Responsible for developing and executing campaigns for new customer acquisition and awareness, as well as retention and growth of the installed base
Design and manage email nurture flows and / or drip programs for both leads and existing customers in order to support sales growth and retention
Conception of sales support measures for different channels
Direct mailing campaigns
Sales and marketing alignment and sync to execute on marketing programs and analyze their efficiency
Building the Events strategy and manage the execution as well Selection and organization of participation in third-party events such as trade fairs, congresses, seminars (in coordination with Sales)Conception, planning and implementation of hosted events (e.
g. conferences, customer and employee events)
Digital Marketing :
Designing, managing and implementing digital marketing programs for Verifone in Israel and Portugal
Manage and update the Verifone local websites : maintenance, supervising the creation and development of websites including creating specification documents to improve the website and other online projects
Implementing and running paid advertising on Facebook and Google for the DTM business to boost lead generation
Developing the constant optimization and enhancement of templates, website & landing pages
Restructuring & optimizing the website based on SEO / CRO audits and recommendations
Obsess about results : analyze site traffic and website flows, conversion optimization, analyze and report program performance;
report metrics appropriately and flag issues for internal stakeholders, provide recommendations for improvement
Propose new internet marketing strategies and implement new ideas that can improve website performance
Managing Social media channels for Verifone / Intercard Germany
Customer Advocacy and Satisfaction :
Conducting annual customer surveys to understand the current client satisfaction levels and NPS score
Design and manage email newsletter to grow our current customers engagement and retention
Develop upgrade campaigns for our current clients to add new or additional services
Supporting the Reputation Management Program for Verifone / Intercard
Closely work with clients to develop customer case studies, testimonials, video cases etc.
Proficiency in German (Native is a plus)
