With Nokia future becomes present. You will work on new generation mobile networks (5G) which will allow autonomous car, ultra-high speed and millions of connected devices become a reality.

The selected person will report to the Enterprise Global Sales Operations Leader and will be responsible to evaluate and identify trends in sales by analysing industry data, from both within and outside Nokia.

This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports & analytics, then presenting the outcomes to own team and management.

Main focuses :

Sales Analytics & Metrics :

Pipeline : All years, 3yrs Pipeline, Current year pipeline analysis

Order Intake Forecast

Risks / Opportunities & Rest of Pipeline

Corporate KPIs (conversion rate / AP coverage / win-loss rate / others)

ENT KPIs : capture rate on new Tier1 by segment, capture rate on Indirect business, market coverage rate, etc

Corporate tools utilization :

Sales Force / CRM

Einstein Analytics / PBI

Redbox

MDG (focus on : customers master data) support

Business Follow-up :

full awareness of ongoing business opportunities

constant follow-up on the opportunity’s status according to the business needs

support sales team to manage internal issues or escalations (if any)

full awareness of the Order Intake forecasted figures, of risks, of actions ongoing to fix, of upsides and the relevant actions to materialize them

Key / Strategic Deals tracking and follow-up

Key Account Plans / Key Programs Plans :

support segment sales leaders and their teams with proper sales analytics and metrics in drawing ad hoc plans to capture new markets / customers

periodically follow-up on progresses and interlock to the strategy leader and to other relevant stakeholders to assure that plans fit with the envisaged strategy

support portfolio & solutions analysis (specifically as far as Private Wireless Network business is concerned)

As part of the integration there will be no formal company-wide review of grades, since in most cases there has been limited or no change to positions.

Legacy grade structures will continue to exist for some time until future harmonization on the existing Nokia grade structure.

The job grade is indicative and may be subject to change such that the final grade may be higher or lower than shown in this requisition.
