Be a part of a team where you will :
Collect all payroll related information from managers, prepare, generate, check and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis
Ensure any required adjustments are reflected in payroll
Be the point person between the People Team, Finance Team, Global Mobility, Legal Team and the Outsource Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service
Help our employees with any payroll-related questions and advise them on what could work better for them
Explain the payroll and benefits for all new hires and current employees
Administer changes to salary, benefits, promotions, bonus, etc. Benefits help implement
Serve as liaison to employees and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies.
Document payroll processes and procedures
You have :
University degree in Human Resources, Economy or similar
At least 3 years of International Payroll Specialist experience with 2+ countries under the scope
Experience with Payroll policies and procedures and Labor laws and tax regulations
Good English verbal and written communication skills.
