RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for coordinating and providing support for hiring processes, salary changes, WFH, employee benefits;
  • Coordinating the elaboration of procedures and work instructions for each process within the team, as well as continuous improvement and revision, annually or if necessary, of existing procedures and instructions according to legislative changes and new systems implemented;
  • Creating and updating the forms regarding the labor relations, according to the internal procedures;
  • Monitoring the quality of information from HR systems;
  • Consultancy on legislative issues regarding labor relations, tracking changes and updates;
  • Archiving the documents related to the activity, according to the procedure;
  • Maintains the relationship with the state authorities and prepares the official answers to the authorities with the assistance of the legal department;
  • Communicating with employees regarding employment relationships and with other departments.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education;
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Very good knowledge of the legislation;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
  • Very good communication and problem solving skills;
  • Problem solving and organization skills;
  • Attention to details.
