You will be part of the Avira Customer Connect unit, which is responsible for many Avira core services like the avira.com website, e-commerce, messaging, licensing and core backend systems.
We enable all other teams at Avira to connect with our users.
You will be responsible for messaging systems that communicate with millions of users every day. You have great communication skills and you like to actively work with internal and external stakeholder and teams to understand their requirements and translate them into user stories for the development team.
You have a strong technical aptitude and you enjoy being the product owner for our messaging systems. You are goal oriented and passionate about analyzing system and business KPIs to further improve the communication to our users.
The Avira Customer Connect unit reports to the CEO. You will be part of the Marketing Infrastructure team that consists of Backend Developers, an Automation QA engineer and DevOps engineers.
You will closely collaborate with the people in the marketing infrastructure team and other teams in Avira located in Germany and Romania.
