We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer able to adapt to various situations (outgoing prospection, lead nurturing, sales call, email exchanges, building and following up on proposals), able to quickly understand collaboration software and custom projects build on top of the XWiki software.
Integrated in our Sales & Marketing team, you will be working on developing the XWiki sales activity on the French and International market, with the objective of filling the following missions :
Develop a list of prospective clients in line with the company's objectives;
Identify new opportunities within the French and International market;
Handle incoming leads (email & calls) and qualify them;
Present XWiki solutions to prospective clients, focusing on client acquisition;
Manage your client portfolio during the year;
Work closely with customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure product and service selection;
Contribute to the promotion of XWiki with the goal of generating new leads;
Active participation at the sales meetings, reporting through Salesforce;
Write sales proposals and other sales-related materials;
Develop customer-specific value propositions highlighting benefits and differentiators of XWiki compared to the competition;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in XWiki products and services;
Acquire competitive knowledge on the French and International markets.
Good understanding and working knowledge of the sales process;
Spoken and written English skills that allow a fluent communication with our international team and with international clients;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation and persuasion;
Ability to easily interact with technical people;
Good autonomy, proactivity and self-motivation;
Perseverance, ability to deliver on time and eagerness to learn;
Previous interaction with innovative products, collaborative software or Open Source;
Proven sales experience within a software and IT services B2B environment is mandatory;
Previous experience using Salesforce and Marketo is highly preffered;
Experience developing and delivering online trainings and webinars;
French skills are a plus
