For one of our clients, a French company producer of small home appliances, with famous brands such as Moulinex, Tefal, Rowenta, Krups, Adecco is looking for a passionate and motivated E-Commerce Lead.
The role of the eCommerce Lead :
Coordinating the online sales team and establishing the strategy and action plan for achieving the annual sales objectives on the e-commerce channel.
Oversees and manages the ecommerce department of the cluster with a significant online presence.
Hire and train the rest of the Ecommerce division and divide up employees on tasks.
Create strong partnership with the digital manager and digital department for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising.
Researches and develops new online marketing strategies
Determine the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
Work closely with IT for overviewing the proper platforms infrastructure
Adapt cluster level digital marketing solutions
Keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world.
Research the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys.
Develop and overview the financial plan for the channel
Plan for e-marketing expenditures well in advance and develop a financial plan that will maximize the resources.
Accurate reporting and status updates as to support key decision within the coordinated campaigns
Evaluate executed activities and provide recommendations and solutions to enhance effectiveness of future campaigns
Liaise directly with upper management and present the plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company’s online presence and e-sales.
Minimum requirement : University Degree, 5 years experience in a similar position, 2 years in a management position
Business acumen - understanding of market dynamics
Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing
Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability
Understanding of the technology and opportunities linked to the digital commerce platforms (SEO, performance media)
Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer / shopper / customer data
Ability to manage multiple activities and work independently
Problem solving of daily operational activities
Proven track record of on time in full delivery
Networking skills and relationship building skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Romanian and English (both oral and written)
High level PC skills (Word, Excel, PP, etc.)
Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude
Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently
