    Role Objective

    Within CSL implementation organization we are looking for a Senior Team Manager to lead our Global Project Preparation team who engage with our clients following contract signature and before starting their implementation project.

    This role and team is critical in driving a number of strategic objectives for CSL and the Implementation function :

  • Defining and agreeing aggressive but achievable deployment plans with clients at the outset of their Implementation project delivering on our strategic goal of having over 90% of our clients fully implemented within 12 months of contract signature
  • Bringing a positive experience as soon as a client has signed their contract, by engaging quickly, professionally and sharing information, experience and guidance with our clients Continuously improving client experience and our overall NPS scores
  • Increasing the likelihood of successful deployment by setting expectations, sharing best practice and providing guidance for clients to ensure their readiness for the implementation
  • Bringing increased visibility and forecasting accuracy to our Partners’, and our resource capacity management and revenue planning through our proactive scheduling and deployment planning
  • For our largest prospects, providing a pre-sales point of expertise to support the final stages of the sales process
  • Continuous improvement and growth ensuring the function continues to iterate, improve and deliver value as the ADPCelergo offer grows and changes over time, or our internal tools, processes or requirements change
  • As a member of the Extended Leadership Team for CSL Implementation, demonstrate role model’ behaviour, guide and develop our associates and contribute to the wider development and growth of the Implementation function
  • He / she will be responsible for defining the methodology and way of working to bring efficiency to the overall implementation process by properly managing and preparing the client from the beginning..

  • Responsibilities :
  • General Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all implementation new clients after sales order processing ( Greenlight’) and conduct Project Preparation phase by leading a team of Engagement leads globally
  • Define the Project Preparation methodology within the team to interact with clients and partners and ensure team adherence
  • Build "talk tracks" with clients to successfully align CSL expectations from very beginning
  • Work with applicable stakeholders, within implementation team (Strategic Project managers, team leaders, Learning leaders or outside implementation with Sales, Global Integration Centre, Partner Network, Billing, to understand how new services, offers, or implementation methodology changes impact in the materials or in client messaging.
  • Translate CSL Implementation SLT strategy into actions for Engagement Leads, whether is partner bookings on specific timing, etc..
  • Continuous improvement of client interaction process, collaterals based on feedback or learning from past implementations, in actions to be done prior to start implementation
  • Interact and coordinate with Sales for exceptional deals that require Implementation participation, being the Implementation face
  • Coordinate with Resourcing Team and Implementation team managers where applicable
  • Lead the adoption of ADP Celergo Ecosystem tools where applicable, BPMS, Client Central, iSlot, providing requirements and defining an efficient process, representing not only Project Preparation but overall connection with implementation.
  • Improve the data received from sales during the handover so implementation has better understanding of contract scope, and from there identify opportunities to better align with them
  • Report at SLT overall items related to Sales deals not meeting standards, or any deviation on process so as to reduce escalations due to client mismatches.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour.

  • Excellent communications skills in a client (internal / external) facing context.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high performance operational teams
  • Flexibility in order to quickly adapt with a continuously changing environment.
  • Ability to act as liaison with various internal and external contacts.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals.
  • Perfect command of English language.
  • Ability to develop and maintain SLAs.
  • Good understanding of Implementation methodology, and overall on ADP Celergo offer, including GV, eTime or other solutions
  • Excellent Project management skills, organization and time management
  • Education & Certification Requirements :
  • Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master’s Degree
  • Major or Area of Concentration :

  • Functional consulting or Project or program mgmt.
  • Experience in sales / pre-sales a plus
  • Experience in payroll
