  • Previous work experience is a plus
  • Office Management

  • Ensuring the operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories;
  • evaluating new equipment and techniques

  • Answering telephone enquiries from customers and assisting all employees in their daily requests
  • Operating a range of office machines
  • Organize maintenance services when needed
  • Improving office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects
  • Resolving administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
  • Company documents

  • Prepare, manage and archive all company related documents (legal, contracts, certificates, notifications etc.)
  • Number and scan incoming documents as required by Romanian law
  • Reception activities

  • Manage office supplies requests
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Going to the post office or other institutions as needed
  • Receive incoming couriers, sign for reception to pick up packages
  • Welcome guests and candidates
  • Assist in all business-related activities
  • Prepare basic accounting documents
  • Maintain supplies inventory; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Make travel arrangements
  • HR activities

  • Offer support with scheduling the candidates for interviews
  • Helping with requested HR reports
  • Offer support in creating a pool of candidates for different projects
  • Offer support for organizing internal or external HR events
  • Post Job ads on various sites
  • Contributing to team effort
