The main role of the Chief Admin Officer is to define operational performance targets for the team, in line with the team size and ensure regular execution of defined operational process.
CAO is also responsible for the quality control of KYU processes and internal / customer reporting requirements.
What you will do :
Finance point of contact :
Monthly invoicing process & report on Headcount collection;
Yearly budgeting and quarter forecasting process.
Risk point of contact :
Follow up on Audit recommendations;
Follow up on different action plans implementations related to MRM.
Leadership of the Quality control team in charge of quality level 1 controls for KYU operations;
Reporting & advice :
Gather and report all the KRIs and KPIs for SSC COP;
Analyze the indicators of SSC COP, identify the risks and advise on the action plans;
Advise on the relevancy of the KPIs;
Advice on costs and on rate cards.
Coordinate delivery of data quality and data management needs of additional BU / SU as per SG Group Strategy;
Identifies and supports the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for his / her team or processes, procedures, tools
Coordination with the team in SGGSC and Group divisions and business units .
Previous experience and knowledge in Audit / Contract Management / Banking;
Minim 2 years relevant professional experience in Corporate Law;
Relevant financial experience (budgeting and monitoring, cost control);
Intermediate level in project management;
Fluency in French and English;
Analytical skills and process oriented;
Meticulous attention to details and strong analytical skills;
Excellent collaboration and team spirit;
Ability to work under pressure and work as part of the team.
